工作职责Job Responsibility:
- 通过有效沟通与客户持续建立信任的战略关系
Build trusted and strategic relationships with each client through effective communication on an on-going basis - 通过精准定位客户目标与需求，与内部团队协作，完成项目的设计、管理和交付
Collaborate with internal teams to complete project designing, management and delivery through identifying client’s needs and objective - 不断更新对客户所在行业和公司环境的趋势和事件的了解
Maintain awareness of trends and events within clients’ industries and corporate environments - 建立并执行项目管理流程以及方法，确保项目在规定的预算之内准时、保质保量地交付，并且满足客户的预期
Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations - 追踪关键的项目节点并调整项目计划/资源来满足客户需求
Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of clients - 与公司内所有项目相关部门以及供应商进行有效沟通
Communicate effectively with internal project related departments and vendors - 积极地与全球办公室相关部门协作确保项目节点前没有任何遗漏
Proactively work with other global functions to ensure there are no misses in the project timelines - 监督代理/客户预算和账单流程的准确性和及时性
Monitor agency/client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness - 在公司线上系统完成项目设置和信息维护
Complete project’s establishment and maintain information at company system - 执行主管交代的其它工作。
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
任职资格Qualifications:
- 本科学历或以上
Bachelor degree or above - 有咨询、市场调研行业项目管理工作经验的优先
Has project management working experience in consulting/marketing research industry will be preferred - 有神秘客相关工作经验的优先
Has project experience in MSP will be preferred
技能要求Skills:
- 有很强的现场呈现与沟通能力
Strong Presentation and communication skills - 擅于在快节奏的工作环境中管理多个项目
Capable of managing multitasks at fast working environment - 具有团队协作精神，外向，有逻辑以及注重细节
Collaborative, outgoing, logical and detail oriented - 有流利的英语听说读写能力
Fluent in English listening, speaking, writing and reading. - 熟练使用微软办公软件 (例如Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PPT)
Experienced in using Microsoft software (i.e. Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PPT)
