工作职责Job Responsibility:
- 通过高效沟通与客户持续建立相互信任的战略关系
Build trusted and strategic relationships with each client through effective communication on an on-going basis - 通过精准定位客户目标与需求，与内部团队协作，完成项目的设计、管理和交付
Collaborate with internal teams to complete project designing, management and delivery through identifying client’s needs and objective - 深度理解客户做出最终决定背后的复杂性，压力以及挑战
Achieve a deep understanding of the complexities, pressures and challenges associated with the decision making matrix within each account - 充分了解客户所在行业和公司环境的趋势和事件
Maintain awareness of trends and events within clients’ industries and corporate environments. - 发现客户的潜在新需求与合作机会，为客户创造最大化的价值
To identify new prospects within existing clients, and to create maximum value for clients - 有自信地向客户呈现项目提案与报告
Confidently present the proposal & report to client - 建立并执行项目管理流程以及方法，确保项目在预算内准时、高质量地交付，并且满足客户的预期。
Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. - 追踪关键的项目节点并调整项目计划/资源来满足客户需求
Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. - 与公司内所有项目相关部门以及供应商进行有效沟通
Communicate effectively with internal project related departments and vendors - 积极地与全球办公室相关部门协作确保项目节点前没有任何遗漏
Proactively work with other global functions to ensure there are no misses in the project timelines. - 管理合同续签以及商务谈判
Manage contract renewal and business negotiation - 监督供应商/客户预算和账单流程的准确性和及时性
Monitor vendor/client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness - 执行主管交代的其它工作
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
任职资格Qualifications:
- 本科学历及以上
Bachelor degree and above - 在咨询或市场调研行业有至少3年的大客户管理或者项目管理工作经验
At least 3 year experience in consulting or market research industry in key account management or project management
技能要求Skills:
- 熟悉各种定量与定性研究方法，对于相关项目的管理有丰富的经验
Familiar with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, has rich experience in project management - 有很强的现场呈现与沟通能力
Strong presentation and communication skills - 有坚实的咨询技巧
Solid consulting skill - 擅于在快节奏的工作环境中管理多个项目
Capable of managing multitasks at fast working environment - 具有团队协作精神，外向，有逻辑以及注重细节
Collaborative, outgoing, logical and detail oriented - 流利的英语听说读写能力
Fluent in English listening, speaking, writing and reading.
