工作职责Job Responsibility:
- 综合分析客户需求、行业背景、市场趋势及调研数据结果，给客户提供有价值的洞察发现
Comprehensive analysis of customer needs, industry background, market trends and research data results to provide customers with valuable insights - 独立制作深度分析报告， 将项目结果及洞察发现逻辑清晰地呈现
Work independently on in-depth analysis reports to clearly present project results and insights in a logical manner - 根据项目目的，从分析角度设计/优化定性访谈大纲、定量问卷
Design/optimize qualitative interview outlines, quantitative questionnaires from an analytical perspective according to project objectives - 定期进行跨行业案头研究
Conduct cross-industry desktop research on a regular basis - 保持与客户管理团队沟通、合作，共同确保分析报告质量、内容满足客户需求
Maintain communication and cooperation with the Key Account Management team to jointly ensure that the quality and deliverables meet client needs - 具有分析能力、编程思维及编程知识基础，搭建、推进内部管理自动化
Strong analytical capability, programming thinking and knowledge base, build and promote internal management automation
任职资格Qualifications:
- 熟悉常见的市场调研方式，清楚不同调研方式主要解决的问题，比如，满意度调研、神秘顾客项目、小组座谈会等等
Familiar with common market research methods, and understand the main problems solved by different research methods, such as satisfaction surveys, mystery shopping projects, focus group discussions, etc. - 本科或以上学历，统计学，数学，IT或者相关数据分析专业。
Bachelor degree or above, major in Statistics, Mathematics, IT and other majors related to data analysis - 在市场调研/咨询行业有至少3年以上商业数据分析或者研究工作经验
At least 3 years of business data analysis or research experience in market research firm/consulting industry

Proficient English user, specially in written English & making analysis report in English - 熟练使用Power BI、Tableau等数据可视化工具者优先
Proficient in using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc. is a plus
